Employee Select List

Employee select list window will display a page which added employees. In case the large quantity of employee, the system adopts pagination, one page is displayed each time, user can change current page or set display by "Page Tools"

Select employees whose card record is missed. Firstly, user must select one or more than one employee(s); then pop up a menu by right- click property window. Secondly, user selects "Add Missed Card Record" item and set related property in poped dialog box, click "OK". Please refer to Select Method. User can setup multi-empoyee at the same time when they are selected.

Put mouse icon on the list and right click the command menu will pop up, which includes following orders:
1. Select All
Function: Select all items in the list
2. Reversed Select
Function: Select all items that have not been selected in the list.

Toolbar Button Instruction
List Filter
When employee is too much to display in list, user can set condition by the command, only fix the condition can be displayed in list.

Cancel Operatoin Cancel Operation
Cancel current operations. The button is unusable, when there is no operation.

Page Tools
Page tools bar is included a group of tools, it is used in change, display current page and set the number of rows for each page. More details, please go to "Page Tool Instruction"
