When time of overtime is required to count for shift, the property can be appointed a limit time. Unit is Minute. Actually, employee may duty on in advance or delay to work, there will be extra duty on time (the length of duty on over than limited time for shift). When the time later than or the same with appointed time in the property, also it is do not considered as absenteeism, the extra duty on time will be considered as overtime.
Only user set statistics overtime for working day in Attendance Rule, system will statistics actual overtime, otherwise the property is neglected.
Why are there "*" behind property, and property is bold type font?
The property is changed to a value which is different from last saved value.
Why is the saved button still forbidden after property changed?
Some property changes (For example: Letter input, time input) can be confirmed only after the property input focus is closed after the change. User can click property window space or other property to close input focus, or press "Enter" after input the change.
Why property is forbidden or hidden?
Property will be forbidden in following situations:
1. The property owner is considered as non-changeable by system. For example: "No Holiday" property in holiday schedule can not be changed.
2. The property is used for display instead of for setup.
3. This property is regarded as meaningless or assigned to a certain value because of other properties
4. When setup multi-owners, one or more than one owners’ property is meaningless or assigned as a certain value.
Property will be hidden in following situations;
1. Invalid owner is selected.
2. The property is forbidden in non-expert mode. To change the mode, click main menu "Platform" -> "Expert Mode".
3. Other properties value leads to meaningless of this property.
4. When setup multi-owners, one or more than one owners’ property is meaningless.
Why property value displays multiple value and can not be displayed?
When select multi-owners, different owners may have different values for the same property.
