To
Add Overtime Record, please select one or multiple employees in list, then select "Add Overtime Record" by right-clicking list.
To change or delete overtime register list, please select one or more overtime records in the list firstly, then right click to select function if needed. Please refer to
Select Method. User can change or delete many records at the same time.
In the list
right click the commend menu will pop up and the menu include following orders:
1. Select All
Function: Select all items in the list.
2. Reversed Select
Function: Select all items that have not been selected in the list.
3. Add Overtime Record
Function: To register selected employee overtime information.
4. Change Overtime Record
Function: To change selected employee overtime information (When multiple records are selected, the function is forbidden, one time only change one record)
5. Delete Overtime Record
Function: To delete selected employee overtime information
Toolbar Button Instruction
Refresh The Page
Read selected employee overtime record during some time from database again.
Cancel Operation
Cancel current operations. The button is unusable, when there is no operation.
